YTL's barn thai

just imagine yourself walking through an eerie mangrove forest for 15 - 20 minutes. yup, a looooooooooooong stretch of 450 metre wooden walkway. to spice up a little bit of excitement, try walking through it when it's pitch dark. heaven knows what's out there and you could only rely on your ear sensors to tell you that the tide is up and various insects/animals are popping out. you might want to whisper to yourself a small prayer hoping that nothing would jump on you unexpectedly. the smell of the mangrove forest was also not pleasing to the nose.

nearly regretting from the long walk, all hope will turn out well once you get to discover that barn thai is "fully air-conditioned!". really really important ok. you don't want those creepy insects and irritating mosquitoes to bother you during your meal.

barn thai offers you nice thai cuisines. make sure you arrive by 8pm onwards, don't go earlier than that!! no reservation required. a meal like below costs about rm110 (inclusive drinks). the meal isn't spectacular and you could find better ones at kl. however, worth spending for the experience.
