it's spa day. a small token given by my boss. andana spa at glenmarie. open from 10am - 12 midnight. you don't need to bring anything except your deodorant ......

a set of clean clothes nicely prepared. so started off with a dip into the hot pool. 40 degrees and equiped with power jet to stimulate the body. then a quick dip into the chilled pool. followed by a sauna session. another set of dry clean change and kimono prepared. proceeded to the lounge area and binged. ordered and ordered and ordered till satisfied. once ready, enjoyed 80 minutes of aromatherapy massage. binged all over again. proceeded for an hour of facial treatment. lastly, relaxed at the lounge area for a cup of hot tea and their signature haagen dazs ice-cream. Whole package lasted 4 hours.

Downturn - run down (slightly better than cyberlodge sembunyi spa but way low compared to spa village), the food standard is below average and there's no kick to the aeromatherapy massage (by malaysian chinese aunties. no offense but the thai aunties are 10x better).
